Coverage – Coles Mobile
Coles Mobile is an Optus MVNO, meaning Coles Mobile uses the Optus network and does not have its own mobile infrastructure.

SIM Card Price – Coles Mobile
You can get a Coles Mobile SIM card for 2 AUD or between 20 AUD and 200 AUD with starter plans in Coles stores. They are not sold at airports like Melbourne-Tullamarine Airport (MEL) or Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport (SYD).

You can register and activate your Coles Mobile SIM card online or on the Coles Mobile app (Android/iOS) – not in Coles stores.

It is also possible to get a Coles Mobile eSIM for the same price as a regular SIM card.
You should consider getting a travel eSIM for Australia because they can sometimes be cheaper than getting a SIM card from possible.

Note that Coles Mobile offers VoLTE (Voice over LTE (4G)) if your phone supports it and you have enabled it in the settings.

Top-Up, Recharge & Balance Check – Coles Mobile
Coles Mobile top-up vouchers are sold in Coles stores.
Top-up vouchers have to be redeemed online or on the Coles Mobile app (Android/iOS).
So you are better off recharging online with (international) debit and credit cards anyway.

Coles Mobile has two data-featured prepaid plans: Mobile Plans (combo) & Data Extras (add-ons).
