Woolworths customers on a SIM Only or Phone Plan can add the International Roaming add-on, which allows them to roam, minutes, texts, and data, in 63 destinations for $5 per day. Those who do not want to add roaming to their plan or are not Woolworths customers can purchase a Woolworths Data SIM pack for $12, which gets you 200 MB of roaming data, to roam in over 60 destinations.
Select Woolworths customers can take advantage of their $29 (Australian Dollars – AUD) voice, SMS, and data SIM rates.

Woolworths has several roaming options depending on the type of customer you are – Roaming Add-ons for Woolworths customers, Woolworths Travel SIM, and Woolworths $29 voice, SMS, and data.
Woolworths Roaming Add-ons
Existing Woolworths customers who want to purchase a Roaming Add-on can choose from 3 packages:

Do note that if you wish to roam with Woolworths, you are required to purchase a Roaming Add-on because Woolworths does not offer Pay As You Go roaming options.

If you do not want to get one of those add-ons or are not a Woolworths customer, you can get a Data SIM pack. which can be used across Europe, the United States, and several destinations in Asia. In some destinations, you can use the 4G LTE network of the visiting operator.

Can I roam on planes with Woolworths?
In-flight roaming is not possible with Woolworths.
Can I roam on cruise ships with Woolworths?
Maritime roaming is not available with Woolworths.
Is roaming with Woolworths worth it?
Roaming with Woolworths is fairly expensive, even with their roaming add-ons.
The cheapest add-on, the 5 Day 800 MB, 60 min, and 60 SMS is not too bad, but you could probably get much more if you would purchase a local SIM in your destination. The other add-ons are not worth the requested $50 and $75 for the perks you get.
The Woolworth Prepaid SIM covers 91 destinations but comes at a high price too.
500 MB of roaming data for $15 (zone 1) is not too bad and lasts you 30 days. However, you would need to be extremely conservative with your data usage to stretch those MBs for 30 days. For $15, you may be able to get a local SIM that can get you more, but that is not guaranteed and depends on your destination.
But wanting to get 500 MB in zone 2 destinations requires double the amount than what you would pay in zone 1 destinations ($30). The most expensive option, $120 for 3GB is almost criminal and should not be considered. You can spend that money on experiences and could get cheaper local SIMs.
Those on the Woolworths $29 voice, SMS, and data plan can choose from 17 bundles in 5 zones, which may sound a bit too much at first.
Their bundles are restrictive. You can get data-only plans or combo bundles, but the combo ones are usually expensive and not worth the money.
For example, 200 MB, 200 SMS, and 200 minutes for $40 for the Europe or New Zealand bundle seems a bit too much – local SIMs could save you money in this case.
The $50 3 GB and 1 GB bundle for Europe and New Zealand respectively should not even be considered for purchase. Once again, local SIMs would be much cheaper.
Then we have the 1 GB Global Bundle for $99, which does not even allow you to call or send text messages – too expensive.
In short, for existing Woolworths subscribers, the 5 Day Roaming Add-on for $25 may be worth considering. For those on a Woolworths Prepaid Travel SIM, the $15 500 MB bundle for zone 1 destinations may be worth your money. Those on the $29 plan, the $15 500 and $25 Europe bundles seem to be alright for the 500 MB or 1 GB you get. For the UK, all data bundles should be considered. All bundles that have not been mentioned yet are simply too expensive. Simply connecting to WIFI hotspots would be better in your case.
