GiffGaff is an O2 UK MVNO, meaning GiffGaff uses the O2 UK network and does not have its own mobile infrastructure.

GiffGaff customers have access to O2 UK's 5G NR network.

You can buy a GiffGaff SIM card for 0.99 GBP with 5 GBP credit in Poundland stores or Tesco supermarkets.

You may have to activate your SIM card online.

You can consider getting a travel eSIM for United Kingdom, which can, in specific scenarios, be cheaper than getting a SIM card from GiffGaff.
