Mucho Switzerland, just Mucho, is a Swisscom MVNO.

Mucho imposes (relatively slow) speed caps (15 Mbps for combo plans or 50 Mbps data-only plans), unlike most Swiss SIM cards.

Coverage – Mucho Switzerland

Mucho is a Swisscom MVNO, meaning Mucho uses the Swisscom network and does not have its own mobile infrastructure.

SIM Card Price – Mucho Switzerland

You can get a Mucho SIM card for 10 CHF with 5 CHF credit or with a plan between 4.90 CHF to 49 CHF from Mucho resellers like gas stations, kiosks & post offices.

Registration can be done in the aforementioned stores or online.

Dial *132# to see your Mucho phone number.

Text STATUS to 778 to access the Mucho menu.

Mucho has no eSIMs.

Note that the Swiss mobile operators require your identification (EU ID/passport) for (future) eSIMs and for physical SIM cards.

You can consider getting a travel eSIM for Switzerland, which can, in specific scenarios, be cheaper than getting a SIM card from Swisscom.

Especially if you get a Europe-wide eSIM (for when you visit at least two or more supported European countries) or a global eSIM (for frequent travelers visiting multiple continents).
