Red Bull Mobile is a Plus and Orange sub-brand, meaning Red Bull Mobile uses the Plus and Orange network.

Red Bull Mobile customers do not have access to Plus and Orange Poland’s 5G NR network.

You can buy a Red Bull Mobile SIM card for 5 PLN with 8 GB of data (regular SIM card) or 9 GB of data (Poland-only SIM card) in Plus and Orange stores and many other establishments, including grocery stores, kiosks & gas stations throughout Poland.
SIM card registration can be done at Plus and Orange stores (preferred), post offices (recommended), or kiosks and newsstands by Inmedio, One Minute, Relay & Ruch.

Red Bull Mobile has no eSIMs.
You can consider getting a travel eSIM for Portugal, which can, in specific scenarios, be cheaper than getting a SIM card from Red Bull Mobile.
Especially if you get a Europe-wide eSIM (for when you visit at least two or more supported European countries) or a global eSIM (for frequent travelers visiting multiple continents).
