Superdrug is a Three UK MVNO, meaning Superdrug uses the Three UK network and does not have its own mobile infrastructure.

Superdrug Mobile customers do not have access to Three UK's 5G NR network.
SIM Card Price – Superdrug Mobile
You can buy a Superdrug Mobile SIM card starting from 10 GBP in Superdrug stores.
You may have to activate your SIM card online.

You can consider getting a travel eSIM for United Kingdom, which can, in specific scenarios, be cheaper than getting a SIM card from Superdrug Mobile.
Especially if you get a Europe-wide eSIM (for when you visit at least two or more supported European countries) or a global eSIM (for frequent travelers visiting multiple continents).

You can top-up your Superdrug Mobile SIM card online – the same counts for checking your balance. Top-up vouchers are not sold.
Moreover, Superdrug Mobile does not have an app (yet).

Superdrug Mobile has two data-featured prepaid plans: SIM Only Plans (combo) & Add-Ons.
Superdrug Mobile does not offer 5G NR to prepaid customers (yet).
