Orange Flex is a hybrid sub-brand by Orange Poland.
It is not your traditional prepaid offering, but it is also not a postpaid offering.
In some countries, like Australia, this system is called SIM-only – not to be confused with SIM-only subscriptions/plans with long-term contracts starting from 6 months.
Orange Flex plans can be terminated whenever without paying any early termination fees.

Coverage – Orange Flex
Orange Flex is an Orange Poland sub-brand, meaning Orange Flex uses the Orange Poland network.
To find out what to expect in terms of coverage with Orange Flex, jump to the Orange Poland Coverage section in my Poland SIM card buying guide.
Orange Flex prepaid customers have access to Orange Poland’s 5G NR network (specific plans only).
SIM Card Price – Orange Flex
You can buy an Orange Flex SIM card for free (no conditions attached) in Orange stores or for 3 PLN in various other stores, including grocery stores, kiosks & gas stations throughout Poland.
- Find out how much SIM cards cost in every country, including data-only SIM cards and tourist SIM cards, offered by each mobile operator + information about starter benefits (lookup tool)

You can consider getting a travel eSIM for Portugal, which can, in specific scenarios, be cheaper than getting a SIM card from Orange Flex.
Especially if you get a Europe-wide eSIM (for when you visit at least two or more supported European countries) or a global eSIM (for frequent travelers visiting multiple continents).
In my Poland eSIM buying guide, I analyze various eSIM options of eSIM providers I have tested extensively worldwide.
Here is a quick introduction to them:
- Airalo: Lekko (Poland only), Eurolink (39 countries in Europe) & Discover+ (130 countries worldwide + call and text feature) – use code NEWTOAIRALO15 (15% off – first-time users only) or AIRALOESIM10 (10% off)
- Alosim: Poland – use code PTW (5% off – no limits)
- Holafly: Poland & Europe (32 countries) – these eSIMs have unlimited data + calling feature – use code PHONETRAVELWIZ (5% off – no limits)
- Nomad: Poland, Europe (up to 35 countries) & Global (up to 139 countries) – use code ADU123 (3 USD off – first-time users only)
Once again, check out my Poland eSIM buying guide to learn more about these eSIM options.

For now, I will continue with Orange Flex.
Note that Telia offers VoLTE (Voice over LTE (4G)) if your phone supports it and you have enabled it in the settings.
Oh, you can also use VoWiFi (Voice over WiFi).
Top-Up, Recharge & Balance Check – Orange Flex
While traditional topping up is unnecessary (and unavailable) with Orange Flex, extra credit (for international calls, for example) can be done on the Orange Flex app (Android/iOS/Huawei AppGallery).

The app can also be used for checking your balance.
Packages, Plans, Bundles & Offers – Orange Flex
Orange Flex has only one data-featured prepaid plan: Flex (combo). It includes data (with 5G NR access), minutes & SMS.
All Orange Flex plans are eligible for 5G NR.
I will list all the prices in PLN (Poland Złoty).
To convert PLN to your currency (let's say USD – US Dollars) with up-to-date exchange rates, use the Wise Currency Converter tool.

Flex Plans can be activated on the Orange Flex app:
