However, anyone, including the elderly ( ;) ) can get a Heyah SIM card.

Coverage – Heyah
Heyah is a T-Mobile Poland MVNO, meaning Heyah uses the T-Mobile Poland network.

Heyah customers do not have access to T-Mobile Poland’s 5G NR network.
SIM Card Price – Heyah
You can buy a Heyah SIM card for 5 PLN in T-Mobile Poland stores and many other establishments, including grocery stores, kiosks & gas stations throughout Poland.
SIM card registration can be done at T-Mobile stores (preferred), post offices (recommended), or kiosks and newsstands by Inmedio, One Minute, Relay & Ruch.

Heyah has no eSIMs.
You can consider getting a travel eSIM for Portugal, which can, in specific scenarios, be cheaper than getting a SIM card from Heyah.
Especially if you get a Europe-wide eSIM (for when you visit at least two or more supported European countries) or a global eSIM (for frequent travelers visiting multiple continents).

Heyah top-up vouchers, using T-Mobile’s vouchers, are sold in T-Mobile stores and many other establishments, including grocery stores, kiosks & gas stations throughout Poland.
To top up your Heyah SIM card, dial *109*VoucherCode#.
For example, if your voucher code is 123456, you would dial *109*123456#.
You can also recharge online with (international) debit and credit cards.
Dial *108# to check your Heyah balance.
You can also top up and check your balance on the My Heyah app (Android/iOS/Huawei AppGallery).
Packages, Plans, Bundles & Offers – Heyah
Heyah has two data-featured prepaid plans: Prepaid Plans (combo) & Gigapakiety Internetu/Giga Internet Packages (data).
Heyah customers do not have access to T-Mobile's 5G NR networks.
